Special orders are non-refundable. 

Engraved items cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed and are non-refundable.

Items received as a Gift may be exchanged or returned for Merchandise Credit within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. 

All sales are final on sale items.

Items purchased from https://www.merze-lifestyle  may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus the true cost of shipping. The item must be in its original condition. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

For items returned beyond the 14 day return period, a store credit for the item(s) will be issued. The store credit will amount to the cost of the item minus the true cost of shipping it to you. The store credit may be used on all merchandise online, including sale items. Please note that no store credit or refund will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the return or exchange, with the exception of items received damaged. Please provide tracking information for your return. Merze Lifestyle does not assume responsibility and does not compensate for returned packages lost or damaged in transit. For items purchased online, the true cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

If an item is returned for any reason other than defect, the full cost of shipping will be deducted prior to issuing the refund to the original payment method. We do not mark up shipping and handling costs.
